Workers Compensation.  What you should know if you are injured at work.

Health Care and Estate Planning.  What you should know about Living Wills. Who makes decisions about your health care and your finances when you can’t.  Planning who gets your stuff when you die.

Employment Discrimination.  What are your rights when your boss makes decisions based on your race, gender, age, religion, disability or marital status.

Consumer Protection.  When you buy goods or services, what you should know about the Michigan Protection Act.

Medical Mistakes.  Medical professionals and Hospitals - What are your Rights and Legal Challenges when things go Wrong.
